100th Anniversary of the first powered flight in South Australia

To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the first powered flight in SA the South Australian Aviation Museum will be flying a large model of the Bleriot aircraft at the museum. The flight is in recognition of the Bill Wittber "hop" and the Fred Custance flight at Bolivar on 17th March 1910.

The re-enactment flight will commence at the museum at 10.00 am on 14th March 2010.
